"Import your IMDb ratings" not working

Duplicate entries have been removed and the import issue has been fixed

Duplicate entries have been removed and my last import worked, however I still happen to have twice the checks/favorites and dislikes than I’m supposed to have.

Yes, I’ll fix that.

The same problem appears with IMDb-urls when editing a list. I just updated a list by using the tab “By IMDb movie url(s)”. I copied the full list of IMDb-urls into the box and hit “update”. Then all the 591 titles were added to the Import Queue. That’s not good. Can you batch-remove those as well @Marijn? And can you fix the list-editor so https will be recognized as the same movie as the http?

Seems they didn’t turn up as duplicates at all, although I got 592 messages that the movies were added.

Hi Marjin!
I guess there was some new update - having the same issue again:

@Marijn : yesterday when I tried to import a subset of my IMDb export file, I got the message " IMDb ratings file — We could not find any votes.
Are you sure that your ratings file is correct?
" It seems importing is broken again.

I’m unable to attach a copy of that file here.

I see that the latest post is from June. Any chance of this being fixed? It still doesn’t work. Anything one can do manually by changing or removing columns from the import? Or does anybody know which columns should be in the export file for it to work?

I have the same problem. If I knew the format of the csv it is expecting I could modify my export. I’m a new user, so not looking to add hundreds of movies manually.

Hopefully, someone can update us soon.
