The highest rated standalone anime films on MyAnimeList (the largest anime site, with about 4 million users). The most-rated film on the list has 348,456 ratings, and the least-rated has 427 ratings. The original source includes all anime films, so the non-standalone films were removed, and there will likely be disagreement about which films to include on the iCM list.
