At this point, no, there’s no such mechanism. If someone’s acting contrary to the terms and conditions, you can report them here or privately via PM to one of the moderators, and we will look into it.
You used to be able to, but ICM would notify the other user that they were blocked by you lol. Probably a good thing they can’t anymore.
